The rugged full-metal receiver and massive muzzle brake bring the weight of the Home Defense Extreme up to more than 3 kg for additional sturdiness.

The high-powered 40-joule version relies on an 88 g CO₂ capsule to provide the power force for the 16 roundballs in the tube magazine. The capsule is stowed safely and easily accessible in the collapsible stock. The optical and tactile pressure indicator will show that you’re ready to fire. Optionally, a system for 2 individual 12 g CO₂ capsules is available via the separately available quick-piercing adapter, which pierces the capsule by a light push is only pierced by a light push on the rear of the stock.
